Meet our skilled team of veterinary technicians, receptionists, and hospital manager. They will take great care of you and your pets!

Veterinary Receptionist Cyndi with DogCyndi joined Linwood Animal Hospital in 2004. She started working as a receptionist, cross-trained as a veterinary technician, and became Hospital Manager in 2014. She is committed to making sure every client and patient's experience at Linwood surpasses their expectations at every visit!

Cyndi has five dogs of her own — a Rottweiler, a Bull Mastiff Mix, a St. Bernard/Dane Mix, a Lab/Terrier Mix, and a Cairn Terrier. When she is not busy working, she enjoys spending her free time with her husband, Sean, and teenage son, Jaden. Jaden is following in mom's footsteps with an impressive reptile collection of his own, including a ball python, a Hermann's tortoise, and a bearded dragon (just to name a few)!

Certified Veterinary Technician LuzLuz joined the Linwood Animal Hospital team in 1993. She is bilingual in Spanish and English which is a great help to our clients. Luz received her degree as a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) in 1997. She has shared her many years of experience helping train new staff members and helping take care of our patients and their owners.

Luz has a calico cat named Allie! Luz maintains her license with continuing education courses every year to keep up to date with new trends and topics in veterinary medicine.

Veterinary Technician JanetJanet started work at Linwood Animal Hospital as a veterinary technician in 2007, just shortly after earning her Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Pre-Veterinary Medicine from UMass Amherst. She is responsible for all of Linwood's ordering and inventory needs.

Because of allergies in her family, Janet cannot have her own dogs or cats, so she gets her "animal fix" at Linwood. If she could have her own dog, she would definitely get a shelter mutt, and wishes more people would start their search for their perfect pet at the many wonderful shelters and rescue organizations.

vet tech kaitlyn 200pxKaitlyn joined Linwood Animal Hospital as a full time veterinary technician in April 2020. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, FL. She loves working with animals especially wildlife. Even though she is allergic to both dogs and cats she doesn’t let that stop her from doing what she loves!

Kaitlyn has her own fur-baby, a beagle named Lucy and when she’s not busy working, she enjoys working out, kayaking and hiking

Thalisson 200pxThalisson joined Linwood Animal Hospital as a full-time veterinary receptionist in March 2020. It wasn’t long before his affinity for animals proved he was a better fit as technician assistant! He began cross training in this position shortly thereafter. A Brazilian native, Thalisson has a degree in biology and is currently enrolled in online classes towards a degree in veterinary technology. He has a deep love for all animals, but his real passion is exotics!

When Thalisson is not working or studying, he spends his free time competing in local volleyball tournaments and hanging out with friends. Thalisson currently does not have any pets of his own, however he aspires to one day own a ferret (or two!)

receptionist-jamieJamie started working at Linwood Animal Hospital in 2015. She was hired as a receptionist, but since then, she has been cross-trained as a veterinary technician!

Receptionist Nicole with a Canine FriendNicole joined our team in 2012 after moving to New Hampshire from Maryland. Since moving to New Hampshire, she had to downsize her menagerie from the one she had in Maryland which included goats, geese, and the only llama in her county for many years! Veterinary Receptionist Lee Palmer Lee joined Linwood as a full-time receptionist in September 2017 but she has been in the veterinary field for over 30 years! Lee lives in Dracut with her special needs Sheltie Nala and her two cats, Tiger Lily and Tippy. When she is not working or at home, she will be camping with her husband, Robert. She also raises Polish and Himalayan rabbits and exhibits them at local fairs with her grandchildren.
